The universe is generated by three qualities —

sattva, rajas, and tamas (mahagunas)

As within, so throughout. These qualities also generate your unique constitution, an interplay of vata (ether and air), pitta (fire), and kapha (water and earth). A journey to whole health begins by understanding your original make-up and the deviations that have manifested over time. These can be corrected, restoring your balance — your original state of well-being. The science of Ayurveda is said to be over 5,000 years old (intuition may tell you it is more ancient) and based on cosmic law.

During your initial in-person consultation you will complete an eighteen-page questionnaire, your current constitution will be assessed based on my observations (darshan), and we will engage in relevant discussion. ‍ ‍
